Private Personal Sessions
These sessions are all about you! Together we’ll figure out what you want and need to be the healthiest YOU you can be.
We will meet (in person, Skype or phone) twice a month, starting with an initial consultation. From there we will work out a plan for you, your unique lifestyle and goals. We’ll work together, focusing on a few changes at a time. Over the course of our time together, you’ll develop healthy habits that will transform your life.
Group sessions can be added onto a group program for both group support and focused personal time.
