Hello!  So glad you’re here.

Let me guess.  You have a full life.  VERY full.  You’re bombarded with things to do, places to go, people who need you.

It’s stressful (to say the least).

Your life is FULL.  So much so that you feel like the LIFE is getting sucked right out of you – and you WANT IT BACK (or maybe you’re just sick and tired of being sick and tired.)

You’ve come to the right place.

So.  You probably also know you would feel better if you ate “right”, got some sleep, etc., etc.  But HOW??  And even if you knew how, every day it seems there’s a new  food you should eat (or not eat), a different diet to follow, etc..  Who has time to figure it all out much less put it into action??

Take a Deep Breath… (or three...)

I just did.  I was tired and stressed out thinking about it all.

I get it.  I really do.  I’ve walked in your shoes.  I worked the crazy, stressful job.  I’m a parent.  I’m pulled in lots of directions.  I have a “to do” list that could fill room.

You need simple, quick and easy.  You need some timeless basics.  A solid plan. You need someone who can get you set up for success.

You CAN have energy, think more clearly and feel just plain wonderful (instead of just plain exhausted).

You can Enjoy Life again!

Fun Facts about me:

Truth.  I haven’t always eaten healthy.  It definitely didn’t come naturally to me for sure.

Coffee was my fuel.  I couldn’t start my day without it.

On a typical day, the only veggie I ate was a piece of lettuce that happened to be on my sandwich (from the deli).  Dinner of choice was mac & cheese with extra cheese.  And water.  Why would I drink that?

Just a small snapshot…

Let’s just say I would not have qualified as a “healthy” eater.

I had always struggled with my weight – from childhood. Then I had a major joint issue before my 30’s.  That was the tipping point – when I started this journey of learning, exploring and experimenting with a different way to eat and live.

Thank goodness for Dr. Mom.  (She’s not a real doctor but Moms sure are good at taking care of their kids.)  She sent me a book that talked about food and how it could impact your health.  The rest is history as they say.  I would read.  Learn. Make a change.  I kept repeating that process.

The joint issue I mentioned.  It’s no longer an issue.  The weight.  Not a struggle.

When you go through something like I did, you become passionate about wellness and all the things you can do to be well and stay well.  And it goes beyond food.

There are so many more stories I could share.  And I will, over time.

Here are a few other interesting tidbits.

I don’t LOVE cooking.  {but I do it – as quickly & easily as possible}

I’ve traveled to more than a dozen countries.

I’ve studied two languages other than English.  I won’t say how fluent (or not) I am.  😉

I love gardening now that I have an easy, eco friendly way to do it.

I spent a lot of years in the corporate world…  a whole other story.

I actually enjoy eliminating a food from my diet.  {Crazy, right?}  It becomes a catalyst to explore other foods I might not have ever eaten otherwise.  It’s really quite fun.  Seriously.  🙂

I do silly things (see Valentine pic above) because I love to hear my daughter laugh.  🙂
